Our client, a large technology company is looking for an FP&A Director to join their team

LOCATION:
Westminster, CO. The local team is in office 2 days a week, however, this position can be fully remote with some travel to HQ (a few times a year, possible international travel once a year.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Corporate FP&A Director to help drive the consolidated company's financial planning, forecasting and strategic analysis. This critical role helps to consolidate financial results, analyze the data, provide recommendations to the FP&A VP and support monthly forecasting and reporting activities for Board of Director meetings.
This position will report to the VP of FP&A.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving the coordination and consolidation of our Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasts, monthly reports and business reviews including detailed variance analysis, long-range strategic plans and ad-hoc decision support analysis.
  • Helping to lead the implementation and adoption of a new FP&A software tool and influencing how FP&A is done at the company for years to come.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or similar field (accounting, business management, etc.). MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Planning
  • Experience with consolidated budget management including orders and revenue, segment expenses, profit and cash
  • Cash Flow and Balance Sheet modeling experience required, strong understanding of Working Capital
  • Extremely proficient with Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
  • Experience working at a Private Equity (PE) owned company is a plus
