  • Estimated annual base pay:$99,200 (minimum) - $124,000(midpoint) - $148,800

Are you ready to make your mark?If you're a Benefits Manager, (Retirement) we have an exciting opportunity for you.This position reports to the Director, Global Benefits and willmanage the retirement benefit programs.The position will manage, oversee, and participate in running, reviewing, and reconciling files for retirement program contributions and testing.Manage and oversee retirement plan processes and tracking of invoices for benefit vendors.Monitor and evaluate benefit vendor data feeds, headcount, and cost reporting.Participate in and lead various compliance activities including reporting, audits, corrections, and non-discrimination testing.Perform professional level operations,technical and analytical work related to Woodward'sretirement benefit programs.Mentor benefit analysts.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with leadership, lead, and support the annual benefit programs processes.This may include retirement plan contributions and eligibility, retirement plan testing, plan reporting, andretirement plan enrollments.

  • Analyze, model, audit, and make recommendations on retirement plan cost reports, head count reports, contribution reports, communications, and compliance required activities. Oversee, audit and may conduct various ongoing vendor data feeds/exchanges.Resolve discrepancies and errors.

  • Create and report monthly and quarterly retirement plan reporting (e.g., actual costs compared to profit plan, accruals, eligibility changes, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL, IRC, Plan Documents, etc. and perform activities including the analysis on various benefit programs based on issues identified.

  • Manage and collaborate closely with benefit vendor partners to assure optimum performance and serve as the process owner for vendor questions regarding eligibility, status codes and other member data issues.

  • Manage and oversee retirement plan SPDs, Plan Documents, Amendments, Benefits Handbook, and Member Guidebook for updates and consistency.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Human Resources or in an equivalent directly related field required

  • 10+ years of related work experience in a benefit or HR department

  • 10+ years experience with presenting data and explaining technical benefit data

  • Professional benefits/total rewards/HR certifications highly desirable

  • Occasional domestic and/or international travel required
