Come work with a team of fun and active professionals in Coffman's Denver Office! We are seeking aSeniorMechanical Engineerwith experience in HVAC and plumbing system design.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm. This selected candidate will work on impactful projects primarily in healthcare, commercial, retail, housing, and hospitality, civic and government, education, life sciences, military, and other federal sectors.The successful individual will work closely with our business development team and other discipline leads in developing technical proposals and will take a proactive role in marketing. This role provides the opportunity to help build, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of engineering professionals within a collaborative multi-discipline office.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration in Colorado required
• 10+ years of engineering work experience including:
  • Designing HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Managing and designing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Leading design team efforts
  • Managing project team for budget and schedule control
  • Experience with Load Calculation Software
  • Working knowledge of REVIT and CAD
  • Developing fee and qualification-based proposals
• Local AHJ experience and relationships is a plus
• Active local industry involvement is a plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills

Expected annual salary of $94,000 - $131,250.
