Trimble MEP is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the North American MEP marketing team. Remote will be considered, as well as onsite or hybrid (3 days per week at the office and the remaining days from home) at our corporate headquarters in Westminster, CO, or the office in Portland, OR.
What You Will Do
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for making sure that our North American marketing team can plan and execute their campaigns in Marketo and other marketing tools according to our business standards. You will work closely with your counterpart in Europe, as well as other marketing operations professionals within Trimble, to deliver measurable results and improve our systems to meet our overall business goals.
Manage the lead lifecycle and help with the set-up of campaigns to ensure our marketing efforts are measurable
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support them in their day-to-day marketing activities and bigger cross-regional efforts
Support the marketing team with the training of existing technology and onboarding of new additions to the tech stack, with the help of a Marketing Technology lead
Work closely with internal stakeholders like sales and our corporate marketing operations team to enable smooth business processes
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, always looking for ways to take operational excellence to the next level, and a strong team player who takes great pride in the quality, precision, and measurable results of his/her work.
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience with Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, or Demand Generation
Experience in marketing technologies to drive demand, including Marketo (expert preferred). Other tools that we use: Vidyard, Uberflip, 6Sense, Salesforce, Google, and Knak; experience in these or similar tools is a plus but not a requirement
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English
