Job Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing the data and tools in the Order-to-Revenue cycle to drive process efficiency and revenue accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as a key business partner to the divisional finance teams and IT on matters impacting Revenue Recognition and the order to revenue process

  • Review part numbers and transactions to identify improper setup and drive to resolution in a timely manner

  • Provide input that will help drive process efficiencies and assist efforts to implement them

  • Assist in month-end revenue close processes

  • Assist in preparation and reviewing of Standalone Selling Price analyses for the annual global interim audit

  • Perform revenue-related data mining, analysis and reporting functions

  • Ensure that the divisional finance teams have access to reports necessary to support their review of revenue assurance

  • Ensure complete compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements as laid out for revenue accounting and improve internal controls where necessary


Skills & Experience Required:

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant work experience

  • Experience in the application of ASC 606

  • Advanced skills in Excel/spreadsheet modeling

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others

  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to partner effectively with all levels of management

  • Salesforce, Oracle, RevPro, BI tools experience a plus
