Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Sanitation:

  • Must be able to dismantle, clean, sanitize and reassemble the following:

Blenders Feeder and floor hoppers Cheese cookers Product pumps, piping and screens Wetmix holding tanks Versator Roto clone system Roof vents Mustard Tank Computerized CIP Systems in DCO room Do overhead work as instructed by supervisor or line operator inbetween cooker cleanups GMP Room Parts

  • Upkeep of all Processing period work.
  • Must possess knowledge of all changeover procedures and sanitation procedures.
  • Must possess knowledge of all chemicals and cleaners used.
  • Must be responsible for all paperwork and record keeping.
